開発事例
In the past, customers were expected to return to the store for pick-up several ours later or even the following day after their visit when applying for a new device or device change. The existing system which consisted of processing customer information written on paper by sending it via fax to the registration center and to the customer information registration/account opening processes, was re-examined from the bottom up. With the reduction in processing time gained through an online system, it is now possible for customers to use their new mobile phones on the spot without having to wait. We have also developed a storefront system which uses tablet devices, thus also contributing to paperless security enhancement solutions.

This is an application developed for commercial vehicles and the transportation companies who manage them. Managers enter vehicle information and specify a route. Drivers use the GPS function on their smartphones, allowing them to send route information while submitting work reports. Managers can continuously monitor the location of a vehicle and its specified delivery route, detect dangerous driving such as excessive speeding or sudden braking/steering, and more. This allows them to achieve efficient and safety-conscious management of delivery operations.
